AUCTION AND BIDDING

The bid price is the amount you are willing to pay for a vehicle during the auction. It represents your maximum offer for the vehicle. If your bid is the highest when the auction closes, you win the vehicle at that price.

An advance deposit is required to ensure serious bidders and to secure your participation in the auction. It demonstrates your commitment to complete the purchase if you win the bid. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle value.

Yes, the deposit is refundable if you do not win the bid. If you win the bid, the deposit will be applied towards the total purchase price. However, if you win but fail to complete the purchase, the deposit may be forfeited as per our terms and conditions.

Yes, each auction has a specific closing time. Bids must be placed before the auction closes. We recommend placing your bids well in advance to avoid missing the deadline. The exact deadline is displayed on each auction listing.

If you win multiple bids but only want one vehicle, you must inform us immediately. You will be required to complete the purchase for the vehicle you choose, and the deposit for other vehicles will be refunded. However, please note that winning multiple bids and canceling may affect your bidding privileges.

The remaining payment (total price minus deposit) must be completed within 7 business days after winning the bid. Payment instructions and deadlines will be sent to you via email immediately after the auction closes. Late payments may result in cancellation of the purchase.

Cancellation after winning a bid is generally not permitted. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as vehicle condition discrepancies not disclosed), cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns. Note that cancellation may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

PRICING AND SHIPPING

When purchasing via Live Auction, you need to cover: (1) The winning bid price, (2) Auction Service Fee, (3) Shipping costs (if applicable), (4) Insurance fees, (5) Customs and import duties (for international buyers), and (6) Registration and documentation fees. A detailed cost breakdown will be provided before you complete the purchase.

The Auction Service Fee covers our auction platform services, vehicle inspection, documentation preparation, and administrative costs. The fee is typically 5-10% of the winning bid price, with a minimum fee of £200. The exact fee amount will be clearly displayed before you place your bid.

Yes, you can add warranty service for vehicles purchased through our Live Auction. We offer various warranty packages covering mechanical and electrical components. Yes, you can place auto parts inside the vehicle for combined shipping. However, there are restrictions on weight and size. All parts must be securely packed and declared. Key elements include: (1) Grade rating (S, 4, 3, 2, 1, R) indicating overall condition, (2) Mileage information, (3) Exterior and interior condition notes, (4) Mechanical condition indicators, (5) Accident history, (6) Repair history.
